Repeal or certain enactments.- The enactments specified in the Schedule hereto, except the Himachal Pradesh Land Holdings Tax Act, 1974 (21 of 1974), shall stand repealed from the date of commencement of this Act and the Himachal Pradesh Land Holdings Tax Act, 1974 (21 of 1974), shall be deemed to have been repealed with effect from the 1st day of April, 1976.
