Power to remove difficulty.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions or give such direction 12 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH RELIEF OF AGRICULTURAL INDEBTEDNESS ACT, 1976 not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the difficulty.
