Amended, repealed or otherwise effected by.- H.P. Act No. 13 of 20062, assented to by the Governor on the 10th October, 2006, published both in Hindi and English in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 15th July, 2006, pp. 1811-1814. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Forty-seventh Year of Republic of India, as follows:- CHAPTER-I PRELIMINARY
