Non-registration not to invalidate marriages.- No marriage contracted in the areas to which this Act applies shall be deemed to be invalid solely by reason of the fact that it was not registered under this Act or that the memorandum was not delivered or sent to the Registrar of Marriages or that such memorandum was defective, irregular or incorrect.
