Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh. 1[(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of September, 2011.]
