An Act to repeal the Himachal Pradesh Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers Health Protection Act, 1997 (Act. No. 17 of 1997). BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :—
