Powers of the State Government to issue directions.- The State Government may, From time to time. Issue to the Private Medical Educational Institutions such directions, as in its opinion, are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purpose of this Act and the notifications issued thereunder, and such institutions shall comply with the directions. 11.Power to remove difficulties.-(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the legislature of the State.
