Disposal on conclusion of trial for forest offence of produce in respect of which it was committed.- When the trial of any forest A offence is concluded, any tree, timber or other forest produce in respect of which such offence has been committed, shall, if it has been confiscated be taken charge of by a Forest Officer, and, in any other case, may be disposed of in such manner as the court may, subject to rules, if any, direct.
