Officers and other employees of the Commission.- (1) There shall be a Secretary of the Commission who shall be appointed by the State Government in consultation with the Commission on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed. (2) The Commission may appoint such officers and employees as it considers necessary, for the efficient performance of the functions of the Commission, after approval of the State Government. (3) The terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.
