Accounts and audit of the Commission.- (1) The Commission shall maintain its accounts in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and the Commission shall send a copy of the audit report to the State Government.
