Annual list of private educational institutions to be published.- The Government shall publish on or before the first day of April in each year in the Official Gazette, a list containing the names of all private educational institutions which have been granted permission under section 5 during the period ending with the thirty- first day of March immediately preceding and a list of private educational institutions in relation to which such permission has been cancelled during the period aforesaid.
