Direction of the competent authority.- Without prejudice to the provisions of section 13, the competent authority may, from time to time, issue such directions regarding the management (including accommodation and infra structural facilities) of a private educational institution as it may think fit and it shall be the duty of the manager of such private educational institution to carry out such directions within such time as may be fixed by the competent authority in this behalf.
