Power to make orders detaining certain persons.- The State Government may, if satisfied with respect to any person that with a view to preserving him from action in any manner prejudicial to the prevention of the forests in the State and the maintenance of the forest-based supplies and services essential to the community and for matters connected therewith, it is necessary so to do, make an order directing that such person be detained.
