Repeal and savings.- (1) The Himachal Pradesh Pre-emption Act, 2010 (10 of 2011) is hereby repealed: Provided that such repeal shall not affect- (a) anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed; (b) any decree which has been passed under the Act so repealed and has become final; (c) any claim for the refund of the deposit made or a security furnished under the Act sorepealed; or (d) any expenditure incurred in the discharge of cost under the Act so repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all suits, appeals and other proceedings, includingexecution proceedings under the Act so repealed, pending before any court or appellate or revisional authority, shall be disposed off in accordance with the provisions of the Act so repealed, as if the Act has not been repealed. ________
