An Act to consolidate and re-enact a law providing for the registration and regulation of fruit nurseries (including bud wood bank and tissue culture lab) in Himachal Pradesh and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-sixth Year ofthe Republic of India as follows:-
