Maintenance of register.- (1) Each nurseryman shall maintain a register in theprescribed form containing complete information regarding the plant material sold, name andcomplete address of the purchaser that may be verified by the inspecting officer. (2) The register shall be maintained by the nurseryman for at least ten years after the dateof the conclusion of the transaction.
