Duty of the police and other state agencies. (1) It shall be the duty of every Police Officer of the District Police and the State Police as well as any other agency concerned, to provide to the State Police Complaints Authority and the District Police Complaints Authority all information they may reasonably require to perform their duties. (2) The authority which is required to implement a recommendation of the State or District Police Complaints Authority shall, if it is of the opinion that it is not expedient to implement such a recommendation, inform the State Government of the reasons as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days of receiving the recommendation.
