Annual report on the working of the Board.- (1) The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year present to the State Government a report on the work done by it during the year as well on the performance of the State Police, along with the annual policing Sub-Plan for the next year as approved by the Board. The report shall mention all cases where its recommendations were either not accepted or not responded to in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) The State Government shall cause each such report to be laid before the State Legislature not later than two months of its receipt along with an action taken report.
