Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the State Police Board, its members and staff, the State and District Police Complaints Authority, its members, its Investigators, staff or any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
