Funds of Council.- The Council shall establish a fund to be called the fund of the Council to which shall be credited,- (a) any contribution or grant by Central or State Government; (b) the income of the Council from all sources including income from fees and fines; (c) the trust, donations, endowment and other grants, if any; and (d) all other sums received by the Council.
