Cancellation of registration.- At any time after a para-clinical establishment is registered under section 28 of this Act, the Council, may cancel such registration if it is satisfied,- (i) that the terms and conditions of the registration are not being complied with: or (ii) that the person in whose name the para-clinical establishment is registered has been convicted of an offence punishable under this Act; or (iii) that any other person including a juristic person who has been convicted of an offence under this Act is associated with another juristic person or other para-clinical establishment.
