Punishment for dishonest use of certificate.- Any person who- (a) dishonestly makes use of any certificate of registration granted under this Act; or THE HIMACHAL PRADESH PARA-VETERINARY COUNCIL ACT, 2010 21 (b) procures or attempts to procure registration under the provisions of this Act by making or producing or causing to be made or produced any false or fraudulent declaration, certificate or representation whether in writing or otherwise; or (c) willfully makes or cause to be made any false representation in any matter relating to the certificate of registration issued under the provisions of this Act, shall onconviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to six months or withfine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees but shall not be less than fivethousand rupees or with both.
