Establishment of Council.- (1) The State Government shall, as soon as may be, establish, by notification published in the Official Gazette, a Para-veterinary Council with effectfrom such date, as may be specified therein. (2) The Council shall be a body corporate by the name of the Himachal Pradesh Para-veterinaryCouncil, and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property both movable and immovable and to contract and to do all other things necessary for the purpose of this Act and may by the said name sue and be sued.
