Time for seeking permission for certain existing Para- veterinary institutions.- If any person has established a Para-veterinary institution or any Para-veterinary institution hasopened a new or higher course of study or training or increases the admission capacity, such personor Para- veterinary institution, as the case may be, shall seek within a period of one year from thecommencement of this Act, the permission of State Government under the provisions of this Act.
