Recovery of fines.- The fine imposed in a case by a Gram Panchayat shall be recoverable in the manner prescribed. If the Gram Panchayat finds any difficulty in its recovery, it may request the Judicial Magistrate within whose jurisdiction the Gram Panchayat lies, to recover it and he shall recover it as if the sentence of fine had been passed by him.
