Indemnity for acts done in good faith.- No suit shall be maintainable against any Panchayat or any of its committees or any office bearer, officer or servant thereof or any person acting under the direction of any such Panchayat, its committee, office bearer, officer or servant, in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or under any rules or bye-laws made thereunder.
