Wrongful restraint of officers etc.- Any person who prevents any officer or servant of a Panchayat or any person to whom such officer or servant has, lawfully delegated his powers of entering on or into any place building or land from exercising his lawful powers of entering thereon or therein, shall be deemed to have committed an offence under section 341 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
