Assignment of funds to Panchayats.- The State Government may assign to a Panchayat such taxes, tolls and fees levied and collected by the State Government and may make grants-in-aid from the Consolidated Fund of the State for such purposes and subject to such conditions and limits as the State Government may deem fit.
