Maintenance of Gram Panchayat records etc.- The Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, under the overall supervision of the Pradhan and in his absence under the supervision of the Up-Pradhan, shall be responsible for the custody and maintenance of all prescribed records and registers and other property belonging to or vested in the Gram Sabha or the Gram Panchayat.
