Confirmation and publication of bye-laws.- (1) No bye-laws made under section 22 or section 23 shall come into force until it has been confirmed by the State Government and published in the Official Gazette. (2) The State Government may cancel its confirmation of any such bye- law and thereupon the bye-law shall cease to have any effect.
