Repeal of Act-No. 33 of 1976. ----------- THE HIMACHAL PRADESH NEW TOWNS (PERIPHERY) CONTROL (REPEAL) ACT, 1988 (ACT NO. 1 OF 1989)1 (Received the assent of the Governor, Himachal Pradesh on the 4th February, 1989 and was published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 7th February, 1989, pp. 245-248) An Act to repeal the Himachal Pradesh New Towns (Periphery) Control Act, 1976 (Act No. 33 of 1976). It is hereby enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
