Power of Administrator to stop unauthorized building operations and penalty for breach and disobedience.- Where the erection or re-erection of a building has been commenced without sanction or is being carried on as such or in contravention of the terms of any sanction, the Administrator may, by a notice to be served on the owner, or by affixing it at the site or on the building, direct that building operations be discontinued. 6 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH NEW MANDl TOWNSHIPS (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATIONS) ACT, 1973
