Vice-Chancellor of the University.- (1) There shall be a Vice- Chancellor of the University who shall be appointed in the manner as provided under section 31. (2) The term of the Vice-Chancellor shall be for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier. CHAPTER- III AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY
