Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) “assets” means all immovable properties vested in a municipality; (b) “municipality” shall have the meaning assigned to it under clause (33) of section 2 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (12 of 1994); (c) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act; and
