Power to make rules.- (1) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such rules may provide for all or any of the matters which under the provisions of this Act are required to be prescribed or to be provided for in the rules. (3) All rules made under this Act shall be subject to the conditions of previous publication. (4) All rules framed under this section shall be laid on the Table of the Legislative Assembly.
