Newspaper in which advertisement of notices to be published.- Whenever it is provided by this Act or any bye-law made thereunder that notice shall be given by advertisement in local newspaper or that a notification or information shall be published in local newspapers, such notice, notification or information shall be inserted if practicable in at least two newspapers in such languages as the Corporation may from time to time specify in this behalf: 188 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1994 Provided that if the Corporation publishes a municipal journal a publication in that journal shall be deemed to be a publication in a newspaper of the language in which the said journal may be published.
