Disposal of infected articles without disinfection.- No person shall, without previous disinfection give, lend, sell, transmit or otherwise THE HIMACHAL PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1994 163 dispose of to another person any article or thing which he knows or has reason to believe was exposed to contamination by dangerous disease and is likely to be used in or taken into the municipal area or any part thereof.
