Disposal of land forming site of public streets permanently closed.- Whenever any public street or a part thereof is permanently closed under sub-section (2) of section 209, the site of such street or of the portion thereof may be disposed of as land vesting in the Corporation. 126 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1994
