Taxes when payable.- Subject to the provisions of section 68, sub-sections (7) and (8) of section 70 and section 75 and tax imposed under this Chapter and payable periodically shall be payable on such dates and in 62 such instalments, if any, as the municipality, with the previous sanction of the Deputy Commissioner, may from time to time direct.
