Protection of action taken in good faith. - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any municipality or against any employee of a committee or against any person acting under and in accordance with the directions of any such municipality or employee or of a lawful authority in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, rules and bye-laws.
