Appointment of Director. - (1) The State Government may by notification appoint a Director, and subject to such conditions and restrictions as it may deem fit, may invest him with all or any of the powers conferred on the State Government by this Act. (2) There shall be such other classes of officers as the State Government may, by notification, declare and the State Government may appoint as many persons as it deems fit to be officer of these classes and declare what powers under this Act shall be exercised by the officers of each class. ____________
