Power of entry for the purpose of preventing spread of disease. - (1) The Health Officer or any other officer authorised by the municipality may enter, at any time, after three hour‘s notice, into any building or premises in which any infectious disease is reported or suspected to exist, for the purpose of inspecting such building or premises. 119 (2) No such inspection shall be made except in the hours between sunrise and sunset.
