Regularisation of certain buildings.- (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 205, the State Government may, in the public interest, regularise the buildings in any area whether constructed with or without sanction of the municipality and for which no building scheme or town planning scheme has been sanctioned. (2) The municipality may, in respect of the area covered under sub- section (1) of section 205 proceed to provide internal services as defined in sub-section (1) of section 205 to the owners of the buildings and plots and 107 shall impose a fee for providing the same in accordance with the provisions of section 70.
