Discharging fire-arms etc.- Whoever discharges fire arms or lets off fire works, fire balloons or detonators, or engages in any game, in such a manner as to cause or likely to cause, danger to persons passing by a dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, or risk of injury to property, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
