Destroying direction-posts, lamp-posts, etc.- Whoever, without being authorised by the municipality, defaces or disturbs any municipal directions-post, lamp post or lamp or extinguishes any municipal light, any public place, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
