Order of notice under section 176.- The municipality may, within one month of the receipt of the notice required by sub-section (2) of section 176 issue - (a) an order directing that for a period therein specified, which shall not be longer than one month from the date of such order, the intended work shall not be proceeded with ; or (b) an order requiring further particulars. 91
