Nuisance by children and others.- Whoever permits any person under his control to whom the provisions of sections 82, 83 and 84 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860), are applicable to commit a nuisance upon any street or into any public sewer or drain or any drain communicating therewith, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
