Control of elephants, bears or camels.- Whoever, being in charge of any elephant, bear or camel, omits, on being requested to do so, to remove, as far as may be practicable, his elephant, bear or camel to a safe distance on the approach of a horse, whether ridden or driven, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
