Power of the State Government to apply the provisions of section 27 to any canal.- The State Government may, by notification, declare all or any of the provisions of section 27 (as to the preparation and revision of records) to be applicable to any canal, and upon any such declaration being made, such provisions shall, as far as may be, apply accordingly.
