Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or nodal agency or Competent Authority or any employee of the Government, nodal agency or Competent Authority for anything which, in good faith, is done or intended to be done, under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
